CONGRATS!!!

A special Congratulations to our good friends "THE OLSONS"!! There baby girl was born yesterday and we were so excited to meet her! She is darling and it will be so fun to have babies close together! We love you guys!

What happened???

Ok so what's the deal...my Mr. Happy has turned into Mr. Cranky!! He was so sweet never crying and just chillin. He is sure breaking out of his shell. He loves to be fussy now. Don't get me wrong I still love 'em to pieces but come on I don't do well with crankiness! I sure hope this is just a short stage and Mr. Happy will soon join us again!

SHHHHH!...It's a Surprise!

Well for the last few weeks I have been keeping a secret from my good friend Shalyse! Megan and I decided to throw her a surprise baby shower! I am horrible about spilling the beans...but I did it! Today was the big shin dig and she was SURPRISED! We had a lot of fun and Shalyse got a lot of cute things! I love ya Shalyse...you always make me smile! I can't wait to meet the little babe...and better yet find out her name!

Time is flying by...

Wow Drake is a month old already! I can't believe how fast time is flying by! I am enjoying every minute of him...except when it is 2 am! He is a good baby...a little fussy at times but still sweet! He loves to be held and snuggled, which makes it difficult to get things done. But I am lovin it! He definitely doesn't lack love and attention...especially when you have Gavin and Gracie as siblings! Here are some hot off the press pics!

A little getaway...

Well we actually had our first family of 5 getaway...all in all it went pretty smoothly. We headed to the coast Friday night and had a great time!! It's always nice to have change of scenery. The weather was absolutely beautiful!! Too bad we never actually made it on the beach...Gracie was a little upset. Our beach is so deceiving...it looks so beautiful and inviting and then you actually get on the sand and the freeze your butt of with the wind chill! Oh well the ocean is still so beautiful to look at. We rented this cute little condo that overlooked the beach. Brian, Shalyse and Hallie joined us along with Tyler, Jen and Nolan! It was a PARTY!!!

The kiddos LOVED the pool! Me and Drake... we just relaxed!! Nick even got in too...this was our second time at the pool! This is chunky Drake...do you think his looks are changing??? My three kids

Mastitis Anyone???

Ok so last week I thought I was going to die...I got mastitis (a bad breast infection) I have seriously never felt such horrible pain (besides child birth with no epidural) in my life!! My boob hurt soooo bad! I got on some antibiotics and I am doing better now. But seriously what is wrong with me I just am not into breastfeeding. I only nursed Gavin for a month and Gracie a couple weeks, but this time I really thought I could do it longer. Third times a charm right?? Well I don't know if it will ever be my thing? I know breastfeeding is so good for the baby but I see myself switching to formula here in the next little while. And how come it is I feel guilty?? I shouldn't right? My other two kids have turned out ok...( so far??) I kind of think breastfeeding is a personality thing. You either love it or you don't? A part of me wants to keep nursing but a big chunk of me is ready to call it quits! I need some advice!
